Guv'nor Ed Rendell might have a valid point --asking mine operators to pay new taxes to cover wear and tear on Pennsylvania roads from Marcellus Shale mining operations. But then he goes a bit nutso and somehow manages to equate gas drillers with an influx of child molesters.
